Meet Shilpa, the creator of WEATZERO®

Hi, I’m Shilpa, founder and creator of WEATZERO®, millet‑based, gluten‑free flour blends that bake like wheat. I didn’t want empty calories; I wanted bakes that feel good and a little ‘good‑naughty’ too; pleasure without the payback. So, I took the millets I grew up with and, using food science, made them bake like wheat. Our gluten‑free blends are naturally rich in fibre, protein, iron, and magnesium, so cakes, breads, and cookies turn out tender and delicious; no compromise.
